Coverage
Run out of Windsor, working across Sonoma, Napa and Marin. If your site sits outside that, call and ask.

01
Home base, and five years of public works inspection.
Windsor is where Daher Development is based. Bryan spent over five years as a Public Works Inspector for the Town of Windsor before taking the company full time, which means the local standards, the inspectors and the submittal process are familiar ground.

02
Rebuild and infill work across the city.
Santa Rosa carries a large share of the company’s residential and infrastructure work, including sites rebuilt after the Tubbs Fire of October 9, 2017.

03
Estate and winery site work in the north county.
Healdsburg and the surrounding north county bring estate and winery projects where access is tight, the ground is uneven and the finished grade has to look intentional.

04
Private development and municipal projects.
Sonoma Valley work runs from private development sites to municipal projects, with the same crew and the same start to finish approach.

05
Winery and vineyard infrastructure.
Napa County projects are largely winery and vineyard infrastructure: utility runs, drainage, access roads and pads built to hold up under equipment traffic.

06
Residential and estate projects.
Marin County rounds out the service area, mostly residential and estate projects where the site work has to be coordinated tightly with the builder.

References
Three references from the public works engineers and inspectors Bryan has worked alongside. Send us a new one and we will add it here.
I have had the pleasure of working with Bryan Daher over the last six years as he served as the Public Works Inspector for the Town of Windsor. I found Bryan’s knowledge of public works infrastructure to be extremely deep, especially in regards to underground facilities, and I relied on his expertise often as projects went to construction in the town. Bryan is also extremely conscientious in his work ethics and values and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again in the future.
I have had the pleasure of working with Bryan on a year long, complex City Wide Sewer Rehabilitation project where he was the project foreman for Hess Construction and I was the project Engineer for the City of Pittsburg Public Works Department. The project required a tremendous amount of public contact with residents on a daily basis due to project invasiveness. There was never a challenge from the project that Bryan couldn’t meet in the field and always offered solutions or alternatives to unforeseen changes to keep the project on schedule and moving forward.
Bryan’s knowledge of construction and permitting is outstanding. He cares about his clients, is efficient, trustworthy, and a solid individual who goes the extra mile.
